Valley East Collision is a full service family owned auto body shop with 25 plus years of experience. We have always prided ourselves in honest quality autobody work. While we have an excellent rapport with all major insurance companies we are not a DRP account. You are the boss. We will work with you and your insurance company to be sure your car is repaired the way you want it.
Autobody Insurance work
There are several important facts to know about dealing with your insurance company when having your vehicle repaired in an auto body shop.
- You are not required by law to obtain more than one estimate.
- You have the right to go to the repair shop of your choice.
- You do not have to take your vehicle to the insurance company for inspection.
